1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. Companies and specialists are responsible for activity on their accounts.

2. Confidentiality

All users accept the platform NDA. Information shared in jobs, attachments and messages may only be used to perform the job.

3. Profiles and verified skills

Specialists must complete their profile, including portfolio links, before bidding. Category skill assessments are optional and earn Verified badges. Retakes are allowed after 14 days.

4. Payments and escrow

When a company awards a job, the agreed amount is held in escrow and released when the company approves the work. BeHired charges a 20% platform fee.

5. Disputes

Either party may open a dispute. Our team reviews the job history and decides whether funds are released or refunded.

6. Prohibited use

No fraud, harassment, off-platform payment requests, or work that breaks the law.

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the new version.
